Details

Refractory anchoring bricks, also known as hanging bricks, are made of raw materials, machine pressed or poured, and sintered at high temperature.

The industrial furnace or flue wall is generally composed of an inner lining layer, an insulating layer and an outer wall layer. The inner lining is made of refractory bricks and the outer wall is made of ordinary sintered bricks. These layers need to be connected and anchored. This is the role of refractory anchoring bricks.

High Alumina Anchoring Brick, installed on the steel structure of the furnace shell or supporting lining of the general industrial kiln with specific shape, and embedded in the refractory lining to paly a part in anchoring and linking.

Performance Characters of Refractory Anchoring Bricks

1. High temperature resistant.

2. Chemical erosion resistant.

3. Thermal stability.

4. Slag resistance.

Masonry principles of Refractory Anchoring Bricks during use

1. The layout of anchor bricks shall be determined according to the change range and frequency of temperature and the size of the area of the straight wall, generally not less than 6 bricks / m2.

2. Before masonry, the anchor bricks must be carefully inspected. If there are cracks affecting the overall strength of the anchor bricks at the anchor holes, the anchor bricks cannot be used and shall be resolutely discarded.

3. After the anchor bricks are built, the anchor hook shall be inserted, and the gap shall be filled with fire-resistant fiber felt and plugged to form protection for the anchor.
